- How long does delivery take?
- 3 to 7 business days, including printing. Everything is printed to order, so your item is made after you buy it and then posted.
- What if there is a problem with my order?
- Every item is printed to order just for you, so we cannot take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size chosen — please check the size guide before ordering. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, get in touch and we will put it right.
- How do I choose the right size?
- Our sizes are accurate to standard UK fitting. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering — it lists chest and body length for every size.
- How are your designs printed?
- We print using a halftone DTF process, which gives sharp detail and a durable finish on the chosen garment or bag.
- How should I look after printed clothing?
- Wash it inside out on a cool cycle, avoid harsh bleach and high heat, and iron around the print rather than directly over it.
