Terms and conditions

These apply to every order placed with Ten Quid Teez.

Who you are buying from

Ten Quid Teez, at:Oxford Street Swansea SA1 3ANContact: hello@tenquidteez.co.uk

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

We try hard to keep prices right. If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place — we will contact you before making the item rather than charge you the mistake, and you can cancel for a full refund.

When the contract starts

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract begins when we email to confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order we will say so and refund you in full.

Made to order

Every item is printed after you order it. That makes it a bespoke item, which is why there is no change-of-mind return — set out in full on the returns page, which forms part of these terms. Your rights if something is faulty are unaffected.

Printed colours can vary slightly from what a screen shows, and garment measurements carry a tolerance of about 2cm. Neither counts as a fault.

Delivery

Times and costs are on the delivery page. Estimates are estimates — once a parcel is with Royal Mail its progress is out of our hands, though we will always chase a late or lost one for you.

Designs and copyright

The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Buying an item does not transfer any of that: you are buying the article, not the artwork. Reselling our images or reproducing a design is not permitted.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us through the infringement page and we will act on it.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
