Who is responsible

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, plus what you bought. We need these to make the item, post it to you and answer questions about it. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and never reach us.

When you sign up to emails: your email address, and the date you gave it.

When you browse: a count of page views. This does not use a cookie and does not store anything that identifies you — the visitor reference is a one-way hash that changes every day and cannot be turned back into an IP address.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe — takes the payment. Stripe is the controller of your card data.
• Resend — sends order confirmations and delivery updates.
• Supabase — hosts the database holding orders and customers.
• Cloudflare — serves the site and stores product images.
• Royal Mail — receives the delivery address to deliver the parcel.

We do not sell your data, and we never will.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years, which is how long HMRC requires business records to be retained. Marketing sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe — there is a link in every marketing email, and it works immediately.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can do the first two yourself from your account, which has an export button and a delete button. Otherwise email us and we will action it within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
