How long it takes

3 to 7 business days, including printing. Nothing is made until you order it, so that window covers the print and the post together — it is not 3 to 7 days on top of a production time.

Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday start counting on the next working day. You will get an email when your order goes to press, and another when it ships.

What it costs

The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and you choose the service there.

Where we deliver

The United Kingdom. We are not shipping overseas at the moment — the checkout only accepts a UK address.

If it does not arrive

Royal Mail asks that 10 business days pass before an item is treated as lost. If your order goes past that, email hello@tenquidteez.co.uk with your order number and we will reprint or refund it.
